Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Cleaners are required to have (or be able to obtain) public liability insurance appropriate to the work.
Do you operate nationwide?
Yes. We cover major UK cities and surrounding areas. Availability depends on demand and cleaner supply in your postcode.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Usually no. Most cleaners bring their own products and equipment. If you have preferences (eco-only, fragrance-free, etc.), tell us upfront.
What’s the difference between a deep clean and end of tenancy?
  • Deep clean: a thorough one-off reset (good for lived-in homes).
  • End of tenancy: a checklist-driven clean aimed at move-out standard (often includes inside cupboards, skirting, detailed kitchen/bathroom).
Do you clean ovens, fridges, and inside cupboards?
It depends on the service and what you select. For end of tenancy, these are commonly included or available as add-ons. If you want specific internals cleaned, state it clearly.
Can I book a same-day or next-day clean?
Sometimes. It depends on your postcode and cleaner availability. If it’s urgent, submit a request with your postcode and the service type.
How do you price jobs?
Pricing is based on service type + property size + condition + access/time constraints. The fastest way to get a firm price is to provide: postcode, bedrooms, bathrooms, and any heavy soiling/problem areas.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Raise it immediately with specifics (photos help). If something was missed within the agreed scope, we’ll arrange a remedy where reasonable.
Can I leave keys / use key safe access?
Yes. Key safes, concierge/porter access, or arranged key handovers are common. Provide instructions clearly in the request.
Do you do commercial and office cleaning?
Yes. Provide premises type, size (sq ft if known), frequency required, and any out-of-hours constraints.
